Global markets are turning positive again, looking future we cannot see strong
negative news that can affect market like past time. There are some difference than
 year 2004 and present time. Still we are expecting positive trend in global market again.

As far as our market is concerned there are some positive news, if it happend it will not be surprise if market reached 21000 level present year itself. All depends on present developements. Time being we are in positive.

Most of stocks are available at low levels due to over expecation, so do not worried hold good stocks, it will be back to high levels again as the results starts beating expectation.

Small stocks (penny stocks): if you are holding it, even if market touched 21000 we may not see high levels like January peak level in small stocks. It needs more time to face mad buying again. Individual stocks can out perform, may 5% of small stocks.
